DEPOSIT

For shading/powder eyebrows, microblading eyebrows, combination microblading & shading, lash enhancement/eyeliners, correction brows/eyeliners, a $100 non-refundable deposit through credit card/zelle is required to reserve your appointment. For microneedling, chemical peel, collagen stimulating with PDO threads, a $100 non-refundable deposit through zelle or credit card is required to reserve your appointment. For dermal filler, non-surgical face or neck lift using PDO threads, non-surgical rhinoplasties using PDO threads, biostimulator using Sculptra or diluted Radiesse, a $400 non-refundable deposit through zelle or credit card is required to reserve your appointment. The remainder is due at your scheduled appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance the day of your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in credit card/zelle on the appointment day. NO CHECK accepted. Deposit is only transferable if you give us at least 48 hours notice (except for Sculptra, you need to give us 5 day notice) to reschedule. If you are a no show or more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, we have the right to keep your deposit for the time we reserved for you. There is never any guarantee working on delicate facial skin as everybody heals differently. Results may vary depending on the individuals: skin type, skin health, lifestyle, medications, general health, aftercare, and skin care product used. Please understand this before booking. Prices are subject to change without notice We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

NO SHOWS CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE

We understand that sometimes things happen and you can’t make it. However, let us know at least 48 hours notice (except 5 days for Sculptra) for cancellation and rescheduling. You have 90 days to reschedule your appointment. Also, you can only reschedule your appointment no more than 2 times. Clients who no show or cancel the same day will have to pay 50% up front to reschedule. Clients who fail to follow the above policy can lose their deposit.

LATE POLICY

Due to scheduling commitments, we may need to reschedule any clients that are more than 30 minutes late (another deposit is required). We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to the time constraint and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reschedule the service. If the service must be rescheduled you may be charged for the original service booked. If, your appointment will have to be cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded.

REFUND

NO REFUND AVAILABLE. We can transfer your deposit to a later date for the service or another service but deposit will not be refunded due to cancellations. PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BELOW TO ENSURE YOU ARE PROPERLY INFORMED. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. THANK YOU!

PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY CLIENTS WHO ARE OR HAVE:

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Less than 18 years old
  • History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
  • Uncontrolled Diabetes (last Hemoglobin A1c >7 in the last 6 months)
  • Currently on chemotherapy
  • History of organ transplant or on suppressant medication
  • Accutane in the last year
  • Treatment with Botox/Dysport must be at least 2 weeks before appointment
  • Psoriasis near the treated area
  • Any current active infection or skin disease at the treated area.
  • Poor health condition or unable to lay down flat for more than 2 hours.
  • History of uncontrolled Epilepsy/seizure
  • Very sensitive or oily skin—not suitable for MICROBLADING eyebrows only

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please avoid alcohol 24 hours before your procedure. Avoid any ibuprofen (Advil), naprosyn (Aleve), fish oil (Omega), vitamin E, garlic, ginkgo biloba a week before your procedure. If you need to take baby aspirin/Aspirin for your heart health/health, let Dr. Duong know in advance
  • No chemical peels, microneeding, laser treatments at least 30 days prior to your procedures
  • No sun tan, increased sun exposure a week before your procedure. Avoid any sun tan or sun exposure after your procedure for at least 2 weeks.
  • No current active infection or skin disease at the treated area on the day of the procedure
  • Let Dr. Duong know in advance if you have any history of herpes at the area of treatment

DO’S & DON’TS!

EYEBROW SERVICES

  • Do hydrate. Drink water and moisturize the tattoo areas days prior to the procedure
  • Do grow your natural brows for at least 2 weeks if possible.
  • Do wear your daily eyebrow makeup to appointment
  • Do notify Dr. Duong if you have history of herpes at the treated area.
  • Don’t wear heavy foundation/face makeup to your appointment
  • Don’t wax, plugged, or thread your eyebrows a few days before your appointment

LASH ENHANCEMENT/EYELINERS

  • Do hydrate. Drink water and moisturize the tattoo areas days prior to the procedure
  • Do discontinue ANY eyelash growth serums for at least 3 months or longer as these products can cause adverse reactions to tattooing
  • Do remove eyelash extensions 1 week prior to your appointment. If any extensions are present, your appointment will be rescheduled and a NEW reservation fee will be required
  • Do take Arnica tablets (found on Amazon) 2 days before & afterward to help reduce bruising & swelling.
  • Do notify Dr. Duong if you have history of herpes at the treated area.
  • Don’t wear eye makeup to your appointment.
  • Don’t wear waterproof eyeliner or strip lashes a few days prior to your appointment
  • Don’t wear contact lens to your appointment. Bring glasses if needed and prepare to wear them for a few days afterward.
